The Project
To design the drainage and cabling infrastructure of the Zydus Special Economic Zone with precast concrete solutions.
The Challenge
The major challenge of this project was the poor soil strata coupled with the heavy monsoons affecting this area.

The Solution
Charged with the task of developing the infrastructure of Zydus SEZ with precast solutions, the poor soil quality and monsoons posed a challenge for us. We managed to design and supply solutions specific to this environment and changed this challenge into an opportunity for innovation.
Numerous precast solutions were implemented in this project, including DU Drains (T25) for drainage, FT Flumes for cable ducts and Decorative Boundary Walls. The surface stormwater solution widens the road’s width and fixes the waterlogging issue. It helps in preserving road quality and reduces the need for maintenance over the years. FT Flumes were used underneath the footpath as cable ducts since footpaths are used only for the pedestrian load.
We created improved infrastructural solutions for the client and established uniformity and an aesthetically pleasing premise. The Decorative Boundary Wall with reckli- finish installed in this project retains earth and gives a uniform, exposed concrete finish. These boundary walls are quick and easy to install since they are made precisely to the dimensions needed. Our high-performance concrete helps provide a crack-free product.
Our precast components reduce the need for maintenance and are highly durable, making the Zydus SEZ a blueprint for the advantages of premanufactured concrete solutions.
