In a remote, high-risk zone at the India-Pakistan border, Fuji Silvertech, in collaboration with CPWD, deployed precast concrete technology to construct the Observation Point Towers at Lakhpatwari, Kutch. Despite facing harsh environmental conditions, the towers withstood a severe cyclone and earthquake, proving the power of precast concrete in critical infrastructure.

We absolutely loved seeing everyone dive into the daily color code and rock their vibrant traditional wear. A huge shoutout to all the teams who brought their energy, showcased their beautiful regional ethnic flair (especially on the dedicated Ethnic Day!), and snapped those amazing, massive group photos! The spirit of togetherness truly shone through the entire event.

At Fuji Bagodara and Fuji Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, we had the divine privilege of celebrating Ganesh Utsav from 27th August to 6th September 2025 with devotion, joy and togetherness.

For 10 blessed days, the presence of Lord Ganesha filled our plants with positivity and harmony. Daily morning and evening Aartis, a soulful Satyanarayan Puja, and a joyous Bappa Bhandara brought the entire Fuji family together; reminding us of the strength of unity and faith.

Today, with heartfelt prayers, we bid farewell through Ganesh Visarjan, seeking Bappa’s continued blessings for happiness, prosperity, safety and harmony across all our operations.

On 20th August 2025, we had the privilege of performing the Ganesh temple Sthapana at our Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar factory. The full team including our Japanese brothers came together for the puja, donning simple traditional attire, with men adding the graceful touch of the Marathi Gandhi topi.

It was more than a ritual; it was a celebration of unity, devotion and the shared spirit that binds our diverse team. Moments like these remind us of the power of culture, tradition and togetherness in making our workplace not just productive, but soulful.
