Fuji Silvertech leveraged Japanese technology and expertise to produce high-performance self-compacting concrete components with Fe 550 D reinforcement steel. The manufacturing process, involving precise mould alignment, reinforcement placement and steam curing, ensured long service life and minimal maintenance. The company’s Bagodara, Gujarat facility is accredited with ISO standards and maintains stringent quality and environmental safety protocols. Fuji Silvertech has also developed full-size testing of proto-type precast components fabricated in their precast plant at Bagodara.
